Vendors & ledger

The planned GHRM marketplace lets vendors publish listings (admin-reviewed), which become a plan + package on approval. Sales are tracked on an append-only vendor ledger (SALE / SALE_REVERSAL / WITHDRAW).

Withdrawals

Vendors convert their token balance to a money payout via the withdraw capability (Stripe / PayPal / regional rails), with admin approval and refund-on-failure. The marketplace reuses the same withdraw seam any plugin can offer.
